To be able to work in normal conditions in Australia, you can be sponsored by an Australian company under 2 visas: 457 (temporary sponsorship for up to 4 years maximum) or ENS (Permanent sponsorship). If you are an Australian or foreign company, you can also sponsor an employee under the 457 and ENS visas. However the conditions become gradually tougher and tougher and we advise you to consult an accredited migration agent in Australia.
